Abstract

EXCELLENT article for why educational reform needs to go beyond performance indicators and look into classroom practices; and especially why this is important for vulnerable Singapore, which is also unique in its phase of educational development (vis a vis other post-postcolonial contexts). Talks about Core research project - extensive mixed-methods, multilevel analysis.
