Abstract

A review discusses the hurdles with chemotherapy and examines how nanotechnol. can help to address them. The role of biocomputation will be explored as a means to specify cancer drug therapy, with the goal of applying the results in the clin. setting, especially the modeling of drug delivery via nanoparticles. Biocomputation could save lives and enhance the quality of cancer treatment by making it possible to tailor therapy to the individual patient and reduce the time and costs involved.
