Abstract

Indonesian schools and universities were forced to suddenly changed from conventional classroom to full online classroom in late March 2020 to combat the spread of COVID19. The change has not been easy for many, yet it was the situation faced by people all over the world. One of the common early complain of fully online learning is the cost to acquire equipment and internet access. We use the Theory of Planned Behaviour extended with Perceived Cost to explore university student's behaviour in facing forced online learning. The result is similar to previous studies, but we found that Perceived Cost although influenced by Perceived Behavioural Control did not influence Intention.
