Analisis pengendalian persedian bahan baku crumb rubber dengan metode EOQ (economic order quantity) pada PT. golden energi mandiangin

Abstract

PT. Golden Energi Mandiangin is a company engaged in Crumb Rubber Manufacturing which in its operations requires controlling the supply of raw materials for production. The problem of optimizing raw material ordering is a very important thing in a company, so this problem continues to be studied and developed. The analysis used is the EOQ method. Research and calculation results are carried out, if using the EOQ method in the procurement of raw materials will obtain cost savings. If the implementation of raw materials based on the EOQ method there is a cost savings in 2013 of Rp. 392,013,491, in 2014 amounting to Rp. 714,924,228, in 2015 amounting to Rp. 341,627,892 thus meaning that there is a very real difference between inventory policies carried out according to the company and calculations according to EOQ. With a total savings in average inventory costs per year of Rp. 482,855,204 /year.
