Abstract

Background/Objectives: Nowadays HRM is trying to play its strategic role within organizations, in order to improve the implementation of its strategic role, it is required to utilize IT well. HRM utilization from IT within today's organization has introduced a new concept like EHRM. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The present study, in terms of nature is a descriptivesurvey and in terms of goal, it is practical. Population of the present study is the experts of Iran Gas transfer in Unit 7, and also academic experts. The size of utilized population in present study is 10 experts. The researcher in order to identify the effective factors has utilized theoretical literature and has utilized paired comparisons questionnaire for the required data collection. Regarding review of literature and the background of study, the researcher has identified 5 criteria (individually, occupational, environmental, organizational and technical-technological) for establishment of EHRM systems. In this research, the researcher has utilized Excel for data collection analysis. Results: The obtained priorities in this research are presented respectively that human or individual factors, technical and technological, organizational, occupational and environmental are having the highest impact for establishment of such systems in unit 7 of Iran Gas transfer operation. Conclusion/Application: In conclusion, the main goal of present study is to identify and prioritize effective factors on implementation of EHRM in unit 7 of Iran gas transfer operation.
