Abstract

Traditional unsoured food uses of soybeans embody soy milk, from that curd and curd skin square measure created. hard soy foods embody condiment, hard bean paste, nattō, and tempeh. The purpose of our project is small people also can do business with the low investment. Any one can purchase the machine easily with the minimum space. In our project less mechanical part use because of corrosion and noise. Our project is cheapest and low weight easily placed from one placed to another. Unskilled person used the machine easily. When soyabean added in the hopper with the help of extrusion rod the soyabean is extruded and soya milk is received.
