The UN's 2030 agenda places the university in a privileged space in which to promote inclusion, eliminate gender disparities and ensure equal access for all people, including people with disabilities. With the aim of describing the actions developed in the field of social inclusion in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and analysing their impact on the student body, a qualitative research has been carried out, using the case study methodology. The work of the Service for Students with Specific Educational Needs has been analysed since its creation in the 2017-2018 academic year. The study shows the main characteristics of the students attended (20 men and 13 women), their perceptions of the service and highlights the high satisfaction of the users. Through the reflective diaries of the students participating in the various subjects related to social inclusion (279 men and 158 women), three main themes have emerged. The first theme identified is awareness raising as a starting point towards inclusion, the second theme is the critical capacity of university students and the third theme is becoming agents of change: from theory to practice. The actions described in this study contribute to promoting a more inclusive university and training future professionals and citizens with social commitment.
