Abstract

The definition of conceptions knowledge and knowledge management, accepted in an article, is given. Knowledge management Interprets knowledge as a form of information, filled with context, based on an experience. The experience of Tatneft OAO In the sphere of accumulation of data, knowledge and their transfer to the active use is shown. It is noted that the key to the success of realization of the knowledge management system are people and knowledge-sharing culture, supported at the corporate level.
