The Dissemination and Exploitation Consensus Panel (DECP) is a panel of experts drawn from areas with relevant expertise who advise the Early Nutrition Programming Project (EARNEST) on how the results from the project can best be disseminated and exploited and their uses maximised. They meet annually and have discussed how to communicate the results from the project more widely to health professionals.
