With the development of Industry 4.0Times, the traditional substation simulation system cannot meet the new concept of "intelligent factory" and it can't really do Multimodal interaction. This project proposed the establishment of a more stereoscopic sense, more authenticity and more interactive intelligent substation simulation system through the analysis of the traditional substation simulation system and the preliminary application of virtual reality technology in the substation simulation of our country. Firstly, it is important to build a comprehensive three-dimensional model of the substation by the way of field data acquisition and 3D scanning modeling. Secondly, interactive script is designed to realize the interaction between the substation electrical equipment. Eventually, we can access substation simulation system through virtual reality development platform, which is added the technology of Leap motion, Kinect body feeling recognition and force sleep induction technology based on the phantom equipment, aiming to integrate and improve the traditional hand gesture recognition algorithm and virtual hand according to the pressure generating algorithm. The 3D-interaction simulation system of intelligent substation is finally realized by human-computer interaction, so as to reach the Multimodal interaction of visual, tactile and force sense.
