For producer services' becoming more and more significant in economic development, it plays a vital role in optimizing industrial structures and realizing sustainable development of economy by studying the development mechanism of producer services. The evolution mechanism between the producer service and advanced manufacturing industry was explored by the Lotka-Volterra Mathematical model which is based on the industrial ecology theory, so that the development mechanism of the producer services could be analyzed. At last, the result that the effect of industrial guide, industrial extension and industrial incubation appears in the evolution of competition and reciprocity between producer services and advanced manufacturing is found. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
