Innovative Development Mechanism as a Factor of Inclusive Growth

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to establish the influence of the innovative development mechanism on the formation of the domestic economic growth points. To complete the study objectives, existing scientific and practical methods, official statistical data, and the developments of domestic and foreign researchers were used. Correlation and regression tools provided an opportunity to identify the impact of certain types of innovative technologies on the indicators of the population well-being, infrastructure and employment. The connection between the digitalization degree and indicator values of employment, infrastructure and population well-being has been confirmed. The priorities of state programs to support industries, technologies, territories that ensure the transition to an inclusive growth scenario in order to achieve maximum socio-economic efficiency and meet national interests are substantiated. The special significance of establishing the influence of the innovative development mechanism on the formation of the domestic economic growth points is due to the operational revision of established approaches to ensuring the state national interests caused by a rapid decline in key indicators of socio-economic development, unfavourable macroeconomic, as well as the sanitary and epidemiological situation.
