Abstract
In this paper, fundamental issues with legacy risk trainings for occupational accidents were discussed on the results of experiments for totally 22 actual field supervisors. The risk training tool was proposed to solve the fundamental issues and applied to 7 field supervisors to validate effectiveness of trainings. As a result, we confirmed that the training tool was succeeded in teaching structured knowledge and procedural knowledge required for field supervisors.
