Abstract

A general definition for ideal complex permittivity in a liquid mixture was reached by considering a thermodynamically ideal mixture under the effect of an applied harmonic electric field. The resulting definition is independent of any particular dielectric model, as well as the polarity of the components. © TÜBİTAK.
