Abstract

Knowledge management is a well-defined concept and is a matter of interest for organization for nearly last two decades. Initially, the focus was more on the technical side but slowly the importance of soft aspects of knowledge management has been realized. Some of the studies are also available in case study form to explain the implementation process of knowledge management in any organization. This paper is based on the integrated methods of literature review and caselets study method that relate the conceptual thinking with the real implementation of this in various organizations. Knowledge management and its interrelations with other aspects like innovation, culture, and flexibility has been discussed. Secondary data has been used for caselets study. Finally, interpretive structural modelling (ISM) has been used for defining the interlinkages between the dimensions identified.
