Abstract

The article analyzed the phenomenon that it is very difficult to common people to buy a commercial house because of the high price leaded by unusual behaviors. It believes that it is the behavior of speculation of real estate that causes the commercial housing price rising unusually. As to the behavior of speculation of real estate, it gave some corresponding policy scenarios and suggestions to resolve it. Simultaneously, it analyzed the results if the policies are carried out and the benefits to the related side. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
