Abstract

Given the institutional confusion that characterizes the European Union it is necessary to take stock and reflect on the positive aspects that the advance of European construction has meant for the 28 States that make up this complex supranational entity, and whose scaffolding must necessarily be renewed to guarantee the dynamism and agility in the decision-making required by the context of a world globalized and in which the EU must be able to respond to the challenges that such global globalization implies, ad intra and ad extra.
