Abstract

In this paper the international state of the art of computer-assisted school administration and management (CASA) is presented. This is done by analyzing the developmental stages CASA has gone through, available school administrative computer applications, factors determining school information system implementation and the impact of system use. Finally, some reflections on the future of CASA are presented. Keywords
