Abstract

In the information environment, resources of communication equipment become increasingly varied and complex. Except for common information management systems, equipment resources can be organized in connection. Equipment resources can form a work order. The work order has at least one object and can be broken down into smaller ones. So the work order can be separated into large numbers of subtasks in order to form hierarchical structure. The Management System is designed to break down these tasks and assign its task nodes. As a result of decomposition, all equipment resources can be managed by this system. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
