Abstract

Comprehensive, 10-volume-work on the subject Examines wild crops as a gold mine for breeding Includes work by leading scientists, many of whom contributed to the development of novel concepts, strategies and tools of genetics, genomics and breeding Richly illustrated Wild crop relatives are now playing a significant part in the elucidation and improvement of the genomes of their cultivated counterparts.
