The purpose of this study was to study the combination of a 150-meter burpees exercise and a sprint run of 45º slope to increase vo2max. The research method used was a pre-experimental design and used a two-group pretest post-test design. The population used was East Bandung FC soccer player FC member 3 West Java zone who denied 20 male players aged 15-16 years. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The test instrument used was the bleep test. The statistical analysis used for hypothesis testing were paired sample t-test and independent t-test. The results showed that exercise increased significantly to increased vo2max. Sprint running exercises 150 slope 45º increase significantly to increased vo2max. Conclusion. Running exercises 150 running 150 º included anaerobic endurance physical condition training on vo2max Enhancement. Suggestion. Burpees and 150 º 45 sprint sprints were included in the high intensity interval training method (HIIT) which could be used in a cardiovascular endurance exercise program.
