Abstract

The dissemination of the radical ideology of terrorism to students has already occurred and needs to be prevented, for example through Citizenship learning. Universities need to make changes in the form of adding methods and learning materials. Psychological and legal studies need to be used as the basis for scientific justification for these changes so that they are in accordance with the psychological conditions of students and are legally valid, and students easily understand the characteristics, dangers, and ways to prevent the spread of the radical ideology of terrorism so as to avoid exposure to radical ideology of terrorism. This article was written based on the results of desk research. The results of the study: (1) Learning materials about the characteristics, dangers, and prevention of the spread of radical-terrorism ideas need to be added to the RPS-KWN so that students' cognitive abilities develop. (2) The case study learning method is suitable for delivering the material because it is in accordance with the psychological characteristics of students based on andragogy. (3) By law, changes to the RPS-KWN in the scope of higher education are legal.
