Abstract

Soft-Tissue Rheumatism (STR) is a global term encompassing different diseases and conditions which play varied roles in all soft-tissue structures. This group of disorders (synonyms: extra-articular rheumatism, soft-tissue disorders or diseases) plus damage from overexertion is certainly one of the most common problems experienced and handled in medical routine. Such problems are inadequately addressed by medical training, if at all. The triggers for STR are global and multifarious.
