Patient management for gynecological malignancy depends upon the origin of the primary tumor and the grade and stage of disease. The options are between surgery alone, surgery and the addition of oncological therapy such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or chemoradiotherapy alone. The management for patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy is discussed in detail in the preceding chapter.
