Abstract

Settlement of land disputes conducted by the National Land Agency is a new breakthrough to avoid the accumulation of cases in the world of justice specifically the State Administrative Court. This research aims to review and analyze the process of approval of land disputes conducted by the Land Agency based on Permen Number 11 of 2016, and to discuss and analyze the form of authority of BPN in an effort to refute land issues. From the results of the study it can be stated about the process of resolving land disputes in its decision by cancelling the certificate can be done through the State Administrative Court and in the foreign court. Out-of-court deliberations in this case the cancellation authority is given to BPN which can be divided into two, namely through the ministry’s authority and outside the ministry’s authority. While the form of authority of BPN in the approval of land disputes can be in the form of attribution and delegation authority.
