Abstract

In this industrial paper, an implementation of a software development process is presented that takes into account the ideas of the agile SCRUM approach as well as the SPICE requirements. With the help of a traceability matrix the process activities are related to the SCRUM and the SPICE practices, firstly to check if all SPICE base practices were considered in the process design and secondly in an approach for relating SCRUM activities to SPICE practices.
