Trustworthy communication with higher data rates at affordable cost and optimum performance are the requirements for any wireless communication system; system design for such network should consider the challenges of narrow spectrum and losses in wireless network components. This paper compares the performance of the model for Bit Error Ratio (BER) analysis using a Doppler frequency shift in the packet erasure network with various modes of operation of the encoder. In last decade many researchers have shown interest in developing the models for BER, while in the paper we have made an analysis and comparison of the model developed for the optimizing the error in the speech signal. Doppler frequency variation method plays a vital role in optimizing the errors of the packet erasure network. The implemented Rayleigh channel model is a generalized model over which experimentation was carried out to conclude with the performance for minimum BER.
