Abstract

Online flight reservation systems are the major source for booking flights in contemporary world. However, these systems lack consistency as well as a fixed UI pattern so a thorough usability evaluation was important. It has been investigated how users use flight booking systems and how long does it take to book a flight. Usability evaluation of state-of-the-art flight booking systems has been conducted. The findings indicate that existing systems still have a major room for improvement.
