Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di zona simpang stagger jalan raya adalah kendaraan harus berhenti di zona stagger berturut-turut karena sinyal merah sebelum masuk ke zona berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh: (1) tundaan kendaraan terhadap kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan; (2) panjang antrian terhadap kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan; serta (3) pengeluaran kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survey di lapangan untuk mendapatkan data volume kendaraan, perhitungan tundaan kendaraan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997), pengeluaran emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan berdasarkan metode LAPI ITB (1996). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tundaan kendaraan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan dengan tundaan tertinggi di jalan Slamet Riyadi sebesar sebesar 96,67 meter dan kadar emisi karbon monoksida sebesar 12675 µg/Nm³. (2) Panjang antrian berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan dengan panjang antrian tertinggi terjadi di jalan Slamet Riyadi sebesar 65.42 det/smp, konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 13,73 liter, kadar gas karbon monoksida sebesar 12675 µg/Nm³. (3). Pengeluaran kadar emisi gas karbon monoksida (CO) kendaraan , di masing-masing jalan masih memenuhi standar kualitas udara yang diizinkan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 41 Tahun 1999, yang dimana tidak melebihi 30.000 µg/Nm³. Abstract: The problem with stagger intersections that often occurs is that the vehicle must stop in the stagger zone in a row due to a red signal before entering the next road arm.This study aims to determine the influence of: (1) vehicle delay to vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) emissions levels; (2) vehicle queue length to vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) emissions levels; as well as (3) Release of carbon monoxide (CO) emission levels for vehicles. Quantitative descriptive by field study design is used for the research method. The data gathered by doing field surveys on vehicle volume, calculating the vehicle delay using Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997), and calculating fuel Consumption and production of vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) gas emissions using the LAPI ITB method (1996). The results of this study indicate: (1) ) vehicle delay affects the production of vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) emissions levels with the highest volume of the vehicle on Slamet Riyadi road at 1267.20 pcs/hour and carbon monoxide emissions levels at 12675 µg/Nm³ ; (2) vehicle queue length affects vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) emissions levels with the highest delay occur on Slamet Riyadi road at 65.42 sec/pcs, 13.73 liters fuel consumption, and carbon monoxide gas levels are at 12675 µg/Nm³ ; (3) The release of vehicle carbon monoxide (CO) emission levels on each road still meets the air quality standards permitted under Government Regulation No. 41 of 1999, which does not exceed 30,000 µg / Nm³.
