Abstract

The main objective of this paper is devoted to a fuzzy speed controller for a multiphase induction machine. In the proposed approach of this paper, using a simple and flexible structure of a fuzzy controller, worthy results such as, high accuracy in regulating speed for any conditions, fast reaction to the variation with minimum offset, minimum pulsation in the output torque, and minimum distortion in the phase current are obtained.
