Developing an action plan to fight food insecurity

Abstract

It is important to develop an action plan in order to implement a FI program in your clinical setting. In this chapter, we will outline the critical steps to developing a program to address FI, including identification of key partners, stakeholders, and barriers. In addition, evaluation metrics to measure success will be introduced as part of development of the action plan.
