Abstract

The advent of Web 2.0 has brought with it new business models that are serious departures from any that have existed since the Industrial Revolution. This chapter attempts to provide a means of understanding the differences between pre- Web, Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 business models by focusing on each one‟s value creation system.
