Abstract

In Chap. 28 we will show how demand planning can be done when seasonality and trend are given. For a comprehensive introduction to forecasting in general the reader is referred to Hanke and Wichern (2005) or Makridakis et al. (1998). © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
