Abstract

This chapter discusses the most common attacks in cloud computing. It starts with discussing different types of denial of service attacks. It also discusses different attacks on hypervisors. The chapter also explains different attacks on confidentiality of user data in the cloud and resource-freeing attacks. The chapter also explains side-channel attacks. The chapter ends with a simple explanation of other, less significant attacks.
