Abstract

Pengaruh hubungan keterlibatan karyawan, budaya organisasi, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di dunia bisnis yang kompetitif adalah suatu perbincangan manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang semakin menarik dan relevan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan, budaya organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian kuantitatif kausal ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada pada PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress, Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterlibatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stress kerja terbukti dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang berimplikasi negatif dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan. The influence of the relationship between employee engagement, organizational culture, and work stress on employee performance in the competitive business world is an increasingly interesting and relevant human resource management discussion. This research aims to determine the influence of employee involvement, organizational culture and work stress on employee performance. This causal quantitative research uses a single case study at PT. Tiga Permata Express, Sidoarjo. The research results show that the employee involvement variable has no effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables and work stress variables influence employee performance. Work stress has been proven to be a factor that has negative implications that can reduce employee performance.
