Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. This review aims to assess the effects (clinical, economic, patient-reported and adverse outcomes) of non-clotting factor therapies for preventing bleeding and bleeding-related complications in people with hemophilia A or B compared to prophylaxis with clotting factor therapies, bypassing agents, placebo or no prophylaxis.
