Abstract

This paper discusses the use of Intranet technology as a means for the delivery of more effective government services. Specifically, we look at how a Western Australian Government Agency, the Ministry for Sport and Recreation, with geographically dispersed sites has utilised Intranet technology to deliver corporate knowledge to all staff. This has laid the foundation for egovernment delivery across the region. © 2002 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
