This paper discusses the use of Intranet technology as a means for the delivery of more effective government services. Specifically, we look at how a Western Australian Government Agency, the Ministry for Sport and Recreation, with geographically dispersed sites has utilised Intranet technology to deliver corporate knowledge to all staff.
