Abstract

According to the economic development characteristics of coal resources city, constructed the cycle-economy development evaluation index system for coal resources city starting from the material flow analysis perspective. Determined the evaluation index weights using analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight, established evaluation model by the gray system related degree analytic method. Finally, taking Jining city as a case, longitudinal analyzed and compared the cycle-economy development situation in different periods, and provided some guidance and reference for other coal resources cities. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.
