Abstract

The way of understanding education shifted from a teacher-centered model to a student-centered one. While in the teacher-centered model the educational act rests primarily on what the teacher does, in the latter the educational act rests above all on what the student does. However, we propose that this change is insufficient and that it is necessary to understand the educational act as centered on all the possibilities of interpersonal relationships (relationship-centered model) that a school allows.
