Abstract

This study aims to find out what collaborations have been carried out by parents and teachers in improving student discipline at UPTD SDN 1 Campakasari. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation to teachers, parents, and students. Data triangulation analysis technique. The results showed that the cooperation that has been carried out by parents and teachers in improving student discipline at UPTD SDN 1 Campakasari by holding a meeting at the beginning of the new school year, establishing good communication, holding book relationships. The results and improvements are changes in increasing discipline, a sense of responsibility, visits to students' homes, holding parent meetings at school, holding correspondence between family and school. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama apa saja yang telah dilakukan oleh orang tua dan guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di UPTD SDN 1 Campakasari. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada guru, orang tua, dan siswa. Teknik analisis datanya trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama yang telah dilakukan oleh orang tua dan guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di UPTD SDN 1 Campakasari dengan mengadakan pertemuan di awal tahun ajaran baru, menjalin komunikasi dengan baik, mengadakan buku penghubung. Hasil dan peningkatan adalah perubahan peningkatan kedisiplinan, adanya rasa tanggung jawab, kunjungan ke rumah siswa, mengadakan rapat orang tua di sekolah, mengadakan surat menyurat antara keluarga dan sekolah]
