On the establishment of unemployment insurance system for college students

Abstract

In recent years, along with the expansion of higher education and the increase of enrollment at colleges and universities, the problem that it's difficult for college graduates to find a job has aroused great attention. Unemployment of college graduates has become common. In view of the phenomenon, this article proposes establishing unemployment insurance system for college students by the joint efforts of the national, the provincial government, the school, and the students themselves; meanwhile, providing the corresponding practice base, skill training in order to strengthen their working ability, innovation ability and cooperation ability. Therefore, it can help college graduates accomplish the transformation from being a college graduate into a social one. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
