Abstract

This paper reports the isolation and characterization of tirandamycin, a new acidic antibiotic which has the molecular formula C22H27NO7. This compound was isolated as the crystalline sodium salt and appears to be structurally related to streptolydigin. © 1971, JAPAN ANTIBIOTICS RESEARCH ASSOCIATION. All rights reserved.
