Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Kereta Rel Listrik

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, corporate image and trust on customer loyalty KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek. The research method used is the survey method, and the sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on corporate image, trust, and loyalty. Company image has a positive and significant effect on trust and loyalty. Meanwhile, trust has a negative and insignificant effect on loyalty   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas. Citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas. Sedangkan, kepercayaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas.
