Abstract

Auxiliary Fan is one of the major electric equipments. Reasonable intelligent control Auxiliary Fan plays key role in mine energy efficient and safe operation. In this paper, according to the scene of the realities, analysis the matter between the quantity of auxiliary fan and gas concentration change of driving, use the PID control function of Siemens S7-200PLC to control Frequency Converter, not only realize the auxiliary fan frequency conversion adjusting speed, but also have the function of automatic fault diagnosis, discover fault, fault alarming. We guaranteed the mine safety production with energy saving, low cost, automatic control. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
