Abstract

The Parties are presently discussing a potential engagement between the Parties for SABIC to provide certain services for the benefit of the Parties including, but not limited to, Matrix Boards and Matrix Pins (“Purpose”). In connection with such discussions, the Parties have agreed to enter into an agreement restricting a Party's rights, as a “Receiving Party”, to disclose information relating to the business and products of the other Party and keeping confidential all information provided by the other Party, as a “Disclosing Party”. The Receiving Party recognizes and agrees that the enforceability of this Agreement is essential to the Disclosing Party's discussions for the Purpose, and that this Agreement should be strictly enforced as written
