Abstract

The heat energy recycling technology in mine return air is a technology which is used to absorb and reuse the heat energy carried by coal mine return air. In this paper, according to the actual situation of some coal mine's return air well, the extracting method of heat energy in return air is put forward, the heat recycling system is designed and the heat energy is recycled through the use of the spray heat transfer technology. Finally through water source heat pump units, the heat energy is transformed to satisfy the needs of heating worker's bath water and winter heating for mine wellhead and workplaces, and thus the recycling of heat energy in mine return air can be realized. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
