The mosque youth is a component of society that has the potential for the mosque to thrive. To thrive, youth mosques need to be empowered and nurtured so that they have knowledge, skills, and expertise in leadership and da'wah management. Mosque youth mentoring aims to give them an emotional and spiritual intelligence to become a young generation of noble character, namely teenagers who are pious, loyal and knowledgeable, of course they can improve their skills. The development of Muslim intellectual youth can be done in a number of ways, including through youth activities in mosques. The implementation can take place with the youth partners of the mosque. By giving mosque youth an understanding of leadership, da'wah management and organization. The hope is that the youth of the mosque will have the ability to solve problems that exist in the community.
