Abstract

In order to meet the need of modern army and war, the new recruits should pass systematic psychological selection and mental disorder assessment. Combined application of response time and relative mental tests could solve the problem of false psychological test results, validate the authenticity of the results, and strengthen the reliability and validity. This could be applied as efficient tests for new recruits of high stress condition during military training, and mostly abandon recruitments of mental disorders.
