Abstract

Continuing Nurse Education is an attempt to assist the learners in the process of fulfilling their own potential or fully-functioning persons in their chosen roles. In a context of continually growing knowledge of technology one cannot even by unlimited extension of time in initial learning, kit-out nurses with sufficient knowledge, attitudes and skills to last them forever. One can, however, make learning an experience from which the nurse can learn how to learn, and catch the desire to do so, leading to a life-long education.
