Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Melalui Produktivitas Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Politeknik Angkatan Darat Malang

Abstract                Competence and compensation are mediated by work productivity is an important factor in improving the performance of civil servants so that it affects the smoothness in service in educational institutions especially the Army Polytechnic. The results of this study indicate that: a) From the analysis of the description that competence, compensation, work productivity, and performance are at a good level; b) Competency directly has a positive and significant effect on work productivity; c) Compensation directly has a positive and significant effect on work productivity; d) Competency directly has a positive and significant effect on performance; e) Compensation directly has a positive and significant effect on performance; f) Work productivity directly has a positive and significant effect on performance; g) Competence with mediating work productivity indirectly has a positive effect on performance; h) Compensation with mediating work productivity indirectly has a positive effect on performance. Abstrak                Kompetensi dan Kompensasi dimediasi oleh produktivitas kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja PNS sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran dalam pengabdian di lembaga pendidikan khususnya Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa: a) Dari hasil analisis deskripsi bahwa kompetensi, kompensasi, produktivitas kerja, dan kinerja berada pada tingkat baik; b) Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja; c) Kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja; d) Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; e) Kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; f) Produktivitas kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; g) Kompetensi dengan mediasi produktivitas kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja; h) Kompensasi dengan mediasi produktivitas kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.
